Our highly skilled USPTA certified staff will put participants through physical, tactical and technical training, speed and agility workouts, strength training, video analysis, etc. We have designated staff for all ages and ability levels.
- 15,000 square foot Academy building that includes the following areas:
Fitness and sport performance training center
High-performance free-weight area with specialized power racks and flexibility stations
Cardiovascular and resistance training center
Multi-purpose studio for fitness classes
Locker room with showers and toiletries
