Mary Ellen comes to Lakes Tennis Academy from TBarM Racquet Club.  She was the Assistant Manager of the TBarM Pro Shop for four years and Executive Assistant to the Owner for seven years.

Before that she and her husband Greg owned and managed the Tyler Tennis & Swim Club Pro Shop in Tyler Texas.

Mary Ellen has two daughters that played competitive junior tennis. Jessica was #2 USTA nationally in G 12s and #1 in G16 Doubles nationally. Megan was #1 in G 18s nationally. Both girls played tennis at the University of Florida. She had the opportunity to travel with her daughters to many ITF, National and State tournaments.

She enjoys playing tennis herself and has played on TCD and USTA teams. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her three grandkids Payton, Matthew & John.
